As managers, we know that customers need to be front and center as we carry out our tasks and responsibilities. For some of us, our focus is primarily on our external customers. For others, our primary customers are those we serve within our organization. Whoever our customers may be, they are the reason we exist. To stay competitive, we must understand and satisfy our customers’ needs—sometimes before those customers even know what they want.
To increase your team’s effectiveness in serving your customers, please join us for a Customer Focus Café session, a learning opportunity sponsored by [sponsor] and based on material from Harvard ManageMentor. The Café will be led by Bonny Boice, Chapter Chair of 3 NY chapters. This hour-long session is scheduled for Sept 14thvia zoom. The Café will provide an opportunity for you to discuss how to build a customer-focused team, learn about your customers, and deliver additional value to them.
To sign up for the Harvard program:
All members must complete a User Agreement in order to gain access to the program and the platform. This User Agreement states that the signer agrees to not share the content of the program according to the guidelines and other notices in the agreement.
Once your User Agreement is received, members will be provided access to the platform. Please give WPO and Harvard Business Publishing time after we receive your agreement, as it will take approximately one week for you to gain access.

2. Type in email address on the internet page that opens.
3. Click “Verify your email address”.
4. Return to your email inbox and locate the email to verify your email address.

5. In the email you received, click “Review document”.
6. You will then be taken to review and sign the document. Please follow the proceeding instructions.
