Unlock Your Leadership Potential 2.0

Explore ways to unlock your leadership potential in our second group for 2022!  Our world needs leaders to shine with bravery, trust, gratitude and vulnerability. 

Our current environment is offering an opportunity for awakening your leadership. Hear how someone in a different industry is dealing with the current environment.  Share your experience and learn from each other. We will create a community full of courage and accountability to support you through this program focused on using your mindset as a critical skill.

Be a brave leader by signing up for a six month collaborative group learning environment where participants have the opportunity to learn, share, and grow. We will meet for 90 minutes each month to explore the following topics:

• hearing all perspectives and system thinking,
• conflict resolution model,
• emotional intelligence,
• communication styles,
• leading leaders, and
• organizational justice (employees perception of fairness in workplace).

In addition to these topics, each session will have time for reset dialog, where we will discuss business issues relevant to the participants. By recognizing that we created the current reality, we can also redesign it together. This safe environment will allow for seeing, hearing and learning different perspectives to expose times when we are leading from inside an echo chamber. To be the light we must be bold enough to break apart some ideas on how we see the problem.
