To ensure the best possible experience for all members, we have established some basic guidelines for participation. Payment Policy: We cannot guarantee you a spot in your desired session without full payment.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a program you have already paid for, you may be able to send a colleague to attend in your place. A modest administrative fee may apply. Cancellations received 30+ days prior to the program will be refunded in full. Cancellations received 15-30 days prior to the program will be refunded in full less a $500 fee. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the program will not be refunded.

Deferral Policy: One deferral to our next program is permitted at no cost, pending availability. Deferral requested less than 30 days prior to the program are subject to a $500 administrative fee.
