To ensure the best possible experience for all members, we have established some basic guidelines for participation. By joining and using this community, you agree that you have read and will follow these rules and guidelines. Payment Policy: We cannot guarantee you a spot in your desired session without full payment.
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a program you have already paid for, you may be able to send a colleague to attend in your place. A modest administrative fee may apply. Cancellations received 30+ days prior to the program will be refunded in full. Cancellations received 15-30 days prior to the program will be refunded in full less a $500 fee. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the program will not be refunded.
Deferral Policy: One deferral to our next program is permitted at no cost, pending availability. Deferral requested less than 30 days prior to the program are subject to a $500 administrative fee.
