Leadership Library

To ensure the best possible experience for all members, we have established some basic guidelines for participation. By joining and using this community, you agree that you have read and will follow these rules and guidelines. You also agree to reserve discussions and shared files and content to that best suited to the medium. This is a great medium with which to solicit the advice of your peers, benefit from their experience, and participate in an ongoing conversation. Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with these important guidelines. In order to preserve an environment that encourages both civil and fruitful dialogue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership in this community for anyone who violate these rules.

In no event shall we be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from connection with the use or performance of any information posted on this site.

bonny boice does not actively monitor the site for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to our attention we will take all appropriate action.

We reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these guidelines.

During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products, services, and/or events on our site in which you have expressed interest. We also collect financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. To the extent any fees are processed through a third-party service provider (such as PayPal), our customers' information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the payment. If we have trouble processing your payment, we'll use this information to contact you. Unless you ask us not to, we may also contact you via email in the future to tell you about events, new services, or changes as applicable.

  • Payment Policy: We cannot guarantee you a spot in your desired session without full payment. 

  • Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a program you have already paid for, you may be able to send a colleague to attend in your place. A modest administrative fee may apply. Cancellations received 30+ days prior to the program will be refunded in full. Cancellations received 15-30 days prior to the program will be refunded in full less a $500 fee. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the program will not be refunded.

  • Deferral Policy: One deferral to our next program is permitted at no cost, pending availability. Deferral requested less than 30 days prior to the program are subject to a $500 administrative fee.


We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. While we encourage followers to share their thoughts and opinions, we expect that this will be done in a respectful manner. Comments will be deleted if they contain:

We understand that social media is a 24/7 medium; however, our moderation capabilities are not. We may not see every inappropriate comment right away, and we are trusting in the maturity of our community to ignore personal attacks and negative speech or respond politely. Repeated violations of this policy may cause the author to be blocked from our social media profiles.

Anyone who posts on our social media sites understands that to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to anyone for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages due to content. In addition, users agree to indemnify bonny boice and bgb consulting and retreats, llc from and against all third party claims to the extent that such conduct has resulted from or is alleged to be resulted from the conduct of the user.
