Have you ever found yourself sitting on a beach and wondering how fortunate you are to see such beauty?
Simple truth. Life is just better at the beach. Everything is better at the beach! With nowhere to go and nowhere to be, a day at the beach is just what you need.
If you can't get to a beach, how do you find the environment to experience "nowhere to go and nowhere to be?"
I took this picture in March 2019 and keep it as the wallpaper on my phone so in any moment I can get back to living in the present moment.

Being present and exerting our ability to be mindful not only makes us happier, it can also help us deal with pain more effectively, reduce our stress and decrease its impact on our health, and improve our ability to cope with negative emotions like fear and anger (Halliwell, 2017).
